GEO Roadmap Dashboard
The Challenge
Data without direction is just noise
You've seen the visibility scores. You know AI isn't recommending your brand. But knowing the problem and knowing what to do about it are two very different things. Most teams get stuck between insight and action.
You have visibility data but no action plan
You know AI isn't recommending your brand, but what do you actually do about it? Visibility scores and rankings are useful, but without a clear plan of attack, your team stares at dashboards instead of making progress.
Too many possible optimizations to prioritize
Your site has hundreds of pages. AI mentions thousands of queries. Every page could be optimized in dozens of ways. Without a framework for prioritization, teams either chase everything at once or freeze from analysis paralysis.
No established framework for GEO optimization
SEO has playbooks built over two decades. GEO has nothing. There's no widely accepted methodology for optimizing how AI assistants perceive and recommend your brand. Your team is building the plane while flying it.
Teams waste time on low-impact changes
Without impact data, teams default to gut instinct β tweaking meta descriptions on low-traffic pages or adding schema to content AI never references. Hours spent on changes that move the needle zero percent.
Capabilities
Everything you need to turn data into action
Not just recommendations β a complete execution framework. Every task is prioritized, explained, and measurable so your team always knows what to do next.
Impact-Effort Prioritization
Every recommendation is scored by expected impact on AI visibility and the effort required to implement. Focus your team on high-impact, low-effort wins first, then work through the matrix systematically.
Page-Level Recommendations
Get specific optimization tasks for each page on your site. Know exactly which pages AI references, which ones it ignores, and what changes will make each page more likely to appear in AI responses.
Content Optimization Tasks
Actionable content changes β rewrite this heading, add this FAQ, restructure this paragraph. Each task tells you what to change, why it matters for AI, and the expected visibility improvement.
Technical Fix Suggestions
Identify technical barriers preventing AI from understanding your content. From page speed issues that block crawlers to content structure problems that confuse language models.
Schema & Metadata Fixes
Structured data is how AI understands your content at scale. Get specific schema markup recommendations, meta tag fixes, and semantic HTML improvements that help AI parse your pages correctly.
Progress Tracking
Track task completion across your team. See how many recommendations have been implemented, measure the visibility impact of completed tasks, and watch your AI visibility score climb over time.
Priority Matrix
Work on what matters most
Every optimization task is plotted on an impact-effort matrix so your team always knows what to work on next. High-impact, low-effort tasks rise to the top automatically. No more guessing which changes will actually move the needle β Maya analyzes your visibility data, competitor positions, and content gaps to rank every recommendation by expected ROI.
- Automatic impact-effort scoring for every task
- Smart queue that re-prioritizes as you complete work
- Estimated visibility lift per recommendation
- Filter by effort level, page, or optimization type

Page Optimizer
Specific fixes for every page on your site
Select any page and get a detailed optimization report. Maya compares your page content against what AI platforms actually say about your category, identifies gaps, and generates specific copy changes, structural improvements, and technical fixes. Each recommendation includes before/after examples so your team knows exactly what to change.
- Per-page optimization checklists
- AI response gap analysis for each URL
- Before/after content suggestions
- Technical and content fixes in one view

Progress Dashboard
Track completion and measure real improvement
See your roadmap come to life. The progress dashboard shows completed vs pending tasks, tracks which team members are executing which recommendations, and β most importantly β measures the actual visibility improvement from your optimization work. Correlate task completion with visibility score changes to prove GEO ROI.
- Completed vs pending task tracking
- Visibility score change per completed task
- Team performance and velocity metrics
- Weekly progress reports with trend data

How It Works
From visibility data to action plan in three steps
Maya audits your AI presence
We analyze your visibility data across all AI platforms, scan your site content, and compare your pages against what AI actually recommends in your category.
Recommendations are prioritized
Every optimization task is scored by impact and effort, then organized into a prioritized queue. Content fixes, technical improvements, and schema changes β all ranked so you start with the highest ROI work.
Execute, track, and improve
Work through your task queue, mark recommendations as complete, and watch your visibility score climb. The roadmap updates continuously as new data comes in and priorities shift.

Frequently asked questions
How are recommendations prioritized?+
Every recommendation is scored on two axes: expected visibility impact and implementation effort. Impact is calculated based on your current visibility gaps, query volume, competitor positions, and the type of optimization. Effort considers technical complexity, content changes required, and dependencies. Tasks are then plotted on a priority matrix β high-impact, low-effort tasks are surfaced first.
How many tasks will I get?+
It depends on your site size and current AI visibility. Most brands receive between 50 and 200 initial recommendations across content, technical, and schema categories. As you complete tasks and new visibility data comes in, Maya generates new recommendations. The roadmap is a living document that evolves with your optimization progress.
Can I assign tasks to team members?+
Yes. Each recommendation can be assigned to a team member, tagged by category (content, technical, schema), and given a due date. Team leads can filter the roadmap by assignee to see each person's task queue, and the progress dashboard shows completion rates per team member.
How do you measure the impact?+
Maya tracks your AI visibility score before and after each completed task. When you mark a recommendation as done, we monitor the affected queries and pages over the following days to measure actual visibility changes. The progress dashboard shows the correlation between completed tasks and visibility score improvements.
How often does the roadmap update?+
The roadmap updates continuously. As new visibility data comes in daily, Maya re-evaluates priorities and generates new recommendations. When competitors make changes, when AI models update, or when you complete tasks that unlock new opportunities β the roadmap adapts. You always have a fresh, data-driven action plan.
